Description: La Asociación Costarricense para el Estudio e Intervención en Drogas - The Costa Rican Association on Drug Studies and Interventions (ACEID) is a non-profit organization constituted on 2013 by a group of professionals, artists, and activists interested on drug policy reform in Costa Rica and Latin America. Its mission is to reduce stigma and discrimination towards people who use drugs and those affected by the drug market and government control policies. ACEID has four areas of work: research, training, advocacy and communications.

Studies on drug use and related harms, specially among most at risk drug users and hidden populations. Studies on criminal policy and incarceration related to drug offenses.
Member of Several International Newtorks:International Consortuim on Drug Policy (IDPC), Research Collective of Drugs and the Law (CEDD), Latin American Network of People Who Use Drugs (LANPUD).
