Drug Free Africa is Implementing a drug use evidence-based prevention intervention among 460 secondary schools in Uganda.
The primary Goal of this project is to help school going children to avoid or delay the initiation of the use of psychoactive substances, or, if they have started already, to avoid the development of disorders (e.g. dependence).
The general aim of this substance use prevention project is much broader, the healthy and safe development of children and youth in school to realize their potential and become contributing members of their community and society. www.drugfreeafrica,org
