Description: Mainline foundation is a Dutch NGO that aims to improve health, rights and wellbeing of people who use drugs globally. With +30yrs expertise, we provide technical assistance to local partners (CBO, NGO, service providers, UN-agencies) to strengthen harm reduction services delivery through a comprehensive and rights-based public health approach.
